1. The promoters of this competition are Weskus Mall.

2. Entrants must be in possession of a valid South African ID.

3. Entrants must reside in the West coast.

4. You may not enter this competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant, agent, consultant or supplier to the promoter, or their respective spouses, partners, immediate family members, business partners or associates.

5. By entering this valentines day competition, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

6. Only 1 winner will be selected – a random draw will take place on the 13^th of February 2025.

7. This competition runs from 09:00 on the 1^st of February till 18:00 on the 12^th of February 2025.

8. Prize: Romantic dinner for 2, catered by the West Coast Chef School in the comfort of your own home.

9. You may only entre the Valentines competition once.

10. You need to follow the link https://weskus-mall.co.za/weskus-mall-valentines-day-competition/ to enter the competitions, no emails, social media posts or comments including phone calls will be accepted as an entry.

11. All entrants must complete all required fields on the entry form to be able to qualify as a valid entry.

12. No late entries will be accepted.

13. The winners may be asked to allow their name and photo to be used for public relations and advertising purposes, but they may decline this opportunity.

14. The promotors will reach out to the winner via email and / or telephone. If the winner cannot be reached, the promotors will continue to try for 7 days and after that the winner forfeits their prize and another random winner will be drawn.

15. Subject to all applicable law, Weskus Mall owners and management including their respective directors, officials and employees, shall not be held liable for any theft, damage, harm, injuries or death that the winner and his/her friend/s or family may incur as a result of their use of this prize.

16. The promoters of this competition may cancel this promotion at any point in time.
