TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Back to School Photo Competition January 2024

• “Weskus Mall”are the management team from Weskus Mall.
• “Participants”means any person that has entered a competition or promotion launched by Weskus Mall.
• “Competition” Back to School First Day Photo Competition – stand a chance to win one of 12, R1000 shopping vouchers of your choice

Back to School First day Photo Competition
Email marketing@weskus-mall.co.za a photo of your first day back at school in 2024.

How to enter:

1. Take a photo of your child in his/her school uniform on his first day back at school in 2024.
2. Email marketing@weskus-mall.co.za the photo of your first day back at school in 2024.
3. Include the Name and Surname, School they are in including the Grade.
4. There will only be one winner in each grade.

Prize:

1. 12 x R1000.00 Shopping vouchers (Winner will be able to choose their winning voucher) This however must be of a Tenant inside the Weskus Mall. ( 1 voucher per winner valued at R1000.00 each)

Dates:   Competition Ends 26 January 2024

Rules:

• You will only qualify as a successful entry if you followed the three steps outlined in this competition.
• The child must be in school uniform and is only allowed one entry per person. The winner will be seen as the child in the photo.
• 12 photos will be chosen and the winners will be notified via email on 27 January 2024
• One photo / winner per grade
• Voucher must be claimed within 7 (seven) days of being notified.

The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash;

Vouchers must be used at the issuing store located inside Weskus Mall. Voucher will need to be collected by the winner within 7 days of being notified from Weskus Mall Centre Management, unless arranged otherwise.

This competition is only open to participants who are South African Citizens and Permanent Residents. Must be a learner at a school in the surrounding area.

The competition is organised by Weskus Mall. It is open to all, except for employees of Weskus Mall, all other companies within the Broll group, participating outlets/brands, and their staff and respective immediate family members, Tenants and their staff and their respective immediate family members.

The competition will also be advertised on Social Media and the Weskus Mall’s website.

Weskus Mall reserves the right to cancel, suspend or alter the competition without prior notice. Weskus Mall and the participants in this competition are not responsible for incorrect entry information.

By participating in this competition, you agree, subject to applicable law, that neither Weskus Mall nor any of the other participants will be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims in connection with the competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
